EXHIBIT OFFICE HOURS
The Exhibits Office will open Monday, June 29, 2020 with tentative hours:
Monday – Friday (leading up to week of fair)...9:00 am — 5:00 pm
Fair Week/Weekend.....................................8:00 am — 6:00 pm
Monday – Friday Following Fair .................... 9:00 am — 5:00 pm
EXHIBIT DROP-OFF / PICK-UP LOCATIONS
The following locations will be supplied with Exhibitor Premium Handbooks and entry forms and may be used to drop-off an exhibit item before the deadlines listed below. Exhibits items dropped off at these locations will be returned after the Fair for pick-up. The Fair is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any entry. Do not leave entry forms at these drop-off locations. Entry forms must be delivered to the Fair Office.
Weaverville:
Highland Art Center - 503 Main Street (across from the museum)
Monday – Saturday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
