Thank you to everyone who attended the Annual Board of Directors Meeting on January 12th! Congratulations to Terra Kephart your newly elected Director!
I would like to also thank Sharon Eggleston for her years of service as an Elected Director, and we wish her well in her retirement!
Director Dennis Rourke is your President for 2023, Michael Thompson is Vice President, District 1 Representative is Marjie Watkins,
District 2 Representative is Michael Thompson, Representative for District 3 is Adrien Keys, District 4 Representative is Adam Dummer, and District 5 Representative is Jenny Millsap;
your Elected Directors are (Hippy) Chuck Sauer, Dennis Rourke, Donny Case and Terra Kephart. If you see them be sure to thank them for the service on the Board.
It's that time of year to be thinking about advertising in the Fair's Exhibitor Handbook, you can find the Advertising Guide under the Advertiser Tab above.
We are revising the handbook this year, eliminating some Divisions/Classes that haven't had entries in the past 5 years, and adding some new Divisions/Classes.
So be sure to go online around the end of March, or get your hard copy of the handbook in April and see what has changed!
Thank you all for your support of our Fundraising Events this past year, we have an additional $10,000 to spend on Fair and Special Events Entertainment!
If you would like to have some fun, while supporting these fundraising events please participate and attend the following events being held the 1st Quarter of 2023:
~ February 17th Annual Cake Bake-Off Competition and Dessert Auction, at the Hayfork Hotel's Cinderella Ballroom (see the flyer above) Entry Forms available under the Events Tab above.
~ February 18th Valentine's Dessert Potluck with Curvy Roads Wine Bar & BINGO in the Fairgrounds Dining Hall (BINGO is held monthly with a growing Progressive Pot)
~ March 18th Bigfoot Motorsports (formerly known as TCFA Raceway) Enduro Race with Food & Bar (Green Beer to celebrate St. Patty's Day)
~ April Fools Day Calcutta, April 1, 2023, support 2 worthy organizations with one Ticket, with a chance to win Thousands of Dollars, Trinity County Fair & Hayfork Athletic Boosters Club
All profits from Fundraisers throughout the year go to provide Entertainment at the Annual Bigfoot BBQ, Trinity County Fair, and Harvest Festival & Freedom Rodeo!
