Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Trinity County Fair














Commercial vendors and concessionaires are a huge piece of the fair experience and we understand that. Good food, great shopping and informative information booths are just as important as the carnival. The Trinity County Fair strives to provide entertainment for all attendees and great shopping and amazing food is one way we deliver on that promise.


Become a fair commercial or concession vendor:

The process is simple. Fill out the Trinity County Fair Vendor Application and return it to the fair office either via mail, email or fax. Once the form is received by the Fair Office, we will create a vendor agreement and send it to you for your signature. You may pay your booth fee and/or insurance then or later (must be received no later than August 9, 2018).

Commercial Vendors (non food)

Outside on the Midway (electricity not included):
10' x 10' booth space: $75
10' x 20' booth space: $100
10' x 30' booth space: $150
10' x over 30' booth space: $500 flat rate

Inside Commercial Building (electricity included):
10' x 10' booth space: $175
10' x 20' booth space: $325
10' x 30' booth space: $475
10' x 40' - Call the fair office
Food & Beverage Concessions:
$225 or 20% of total sales (which ever is greater)
